Step-by-step guide to join Innovation Xperience.
Application Procedure
The incubator application happens in 3 phases.
1) Application
- 1-minute video introducing the team & the problem.
- Elevator pitch deck of max 8 slides.
If shortlisted, you access the Pre‑incubation phase.
2) Pre‑incubation (De‑risking)
Goal: reduce risk and validate core assumptions.
- Create a Business Model Canvas (BMC).
- Create a Risk Analysis Canvas.
- Problem/solution & early customer discovery.
- Initial metrics & feasibility checks.
3) Incubation
- Roadmap & milestones, KPIs, mentors.
- Access to labs, workshops, community.
- Preparation for pilot & fundraising.
Entry subject to outcomes of the pre‑incubation de‑risking.

No, applying to Innovation Xperience is free of
charge.
We focus on innovative projects in areas such as AI,
HCAI,
IoT, sustainability and human-centered solutions with clear social or environmental impact.
It is the process of reducing business and technical
risks by validating assumptions, creating a Business Model Canvas and a Risk Analysis
Canvas.
Selection is based on the quality of the idea, team
competencies, market potential and growth opportunity, supported by metrics such as
problem/solution fit and product/market fit.
Typically 2–3 months, with regular workshops,
mentoring and delivery of the required canvases.
Post-program support includes networking with
investors, participation in innovation challenges and opportunities to join international
events.
